Durham Ridge Assisted Living is the largest memory care facility in North Carolina. Memory care services are focused firmly on the individual. Dementia slowly interferes with one’s mental ability to manage everyday life. Our memory care services create a safe and stimulating environment for those with dementia--including its most common form, Alzheimer’s.
Elevation Rehab LLC
Elevation Rehab LLC is Durham Ridge’s in house out patient rehabilitation practice. Elevation focuses on Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
Eventus Whole Health -Dedicated Care Teams & Services
Our partnership with Eventus brings our community a unique Clinical Model, in-person care delivered by Eventus providers in our facility, the place they call home. Eventus also offers telemedicine visits for our resident’s afterhours or as needed. Durham Ridge utilizes Eventus Whole Health for Primary Care and Mental Health services.
